77d11 provides deposit and withdrawal facilities through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, during identity verification or in cases of unusual transactions, additional verification may be required, which can extend the processing time.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the mobile number used to make the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5).

• Multiple withdrawal requests from the same account may not be processed simultaneously.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount).

Example: If you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit + bonus combined.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per household, address, IP address, or device.
• Placing only a single-side bet or following a gaming pattern solely to earn a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 77d11 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Certain game categories may be excluded from bonus wagering — this information will be available on the relevant bonus page.
• Any previous bonus wagering must be completed before taking a new bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

77d11's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Playing regularly and being more active on the platform makes it possible to advance to higher tiers.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

77d11's decision on VIP tier assignment and cashback payments is final.

All gaming activities on 77d11 are governed by specific rules. These rules apply to ensure fair play and to protect the experience of all players.
